Abstract:

To protect the population and territories of the Arctic, to preserve its nature, it is necessary to improve the security system taking into account a number of specific features of the Arctic zone: The system being created is focused on preventing and eliminating not only existing dangers posed by existing industry and transport, but also to promising threats that may arise implementation of large economic and infrastructure projects in the Arctic.
