Abstract:

The article analyzes the basic principles of design, formation, construction and use of ice crossings and winter roads in the Russian Federation, the experience of Canada is given. The authors present the main recommendations for organizing a system for ensuring the development of deposits in the Gulf of Ob. For the first time, they consider the issues of the effectiveness of the development, creation and operation of hovercraft in the fields of the Gulf of Ob. Studies show that considering the possibility of operating hovercraft in the Ob-Taz region requires solving a set of tasks: choosing the types of vehicles and routes of their movement depending on the types and characteristics of goods, determining the locations of their loading/unloading points, bases and maintenance of vehicles and preparation of an ice road on the ice of the Gulf of Ob.
