Abstract:

Currently, an intensive process of formalizing the state Arctic policy is underway, aimed at approving Russia as the leading Arctic power of the 21st century. The article discusses a number of the most significant aspects related to the solution of topical organizational and legal problems of Russia’s state policy in the Arctic.
