Abstract:

The reasonability of modernization and increase of efficiency of mineral resources application in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation at the expense of competitive clusters formation and the deep complex multicomponent ecologically balanced processing of extracted raw materials with development of strategic materials with a high share of added cost, competitive in the world market is proved in the article.
