Abstract:
The main activities of the country’s leadership in modern exploration and development of the Arctic are represented. Some of the results of research works of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2013 to ensure implementation of the “Strategy for the Development of the Russian Arctic and National Security for the period up to 2020” are shown.
