Oil and gas fields prospecting specialist, has 18 monographs and more than 800 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, 34 invention patents. Second prize for national invention and second prize for national scientific and technological progress.

Main Science Directions: deep underwater hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms, oil and gas study and prospecting theory. Important results were obtained in the fields of hydrocarbon formation, carbonate rocks erosion and avalanche sedimentation.
