Research interests: economics of the environment and natural resources, economic mechanism of nature management, environmental audit, management of environmental and economic risks, environmental support of investment projects, economics of climate change, industrial development of the Arctic. 

Participant of many international scientific projects, programs, conferences in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Austria, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Vietnam, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Thailand.

Professional activity 

Was engaged in research and teaching activities at the University of Konstanz (fellow of the German Academic Exchange Service — DAAD), at the Institute for World Economy at the University of Kiel, at the Karl-Ruprecht University in Heidelberg (Germany), at the Vienna University of Economics (Austria). 

Currently teaches courses: Project Management; Social project management; Environmental project management; Green standards in property management. 

He is a member of the Russian Society of Ecological Economics and the Free Economic Society of Russia. Coordinator of Cooperation of the Plekhanov REU with the Universities of Constance and Karl-Ruprecht in Heidelberg (Germany), the Baikal Institute of Nature Management SB RAS, Ulan-Ude. 

Knowledge of foreign languages: fluent — German and Ukrainian, English — with a dictionary. His works were published in English, German, Bulgarian, Chinese, Mongolian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Korean, Tajik, Latvian. 

Scientific research 

Carries out research in the framework of the RFBR on the problems of ecological economics, elimination of accumulated environmental damage, resource conservation and waste processing, development of methodology and mechanisms for sustainable development of the Russian Arctic in the context of industrial development of the territory, ethnological expertise of projects in the Arctic. 

Carries out research on orders of large enterprises-resource users — JSC Almazy Anabara (part of the ALROSA group of companies), holding — LLC Arctic Capital, etc.
