Abstract:
The Editorial Council, the Editorial Board and the staff of the journal "Arctic: Ecology and Economics" express their deep gratitude to Ashot Arakelovich, the organizer and long-term head of our journal for the work he has invested in this scientific issue, which has become famous not only in Russia but also abroad.
