INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR PERSONNEL SECURITY MANAGEMENT IN THE ARCTIC REGIONS (APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MURMANSK REGION)

The researchers intend to engineer and develop methodology and software tools for information and analytical support of personnel security management in the Arctic regions. The research consists of two parts. The first part describes the information technology for forecasting the need for human resources in the economy of the Arctic region, based on the use of simulation models. The second part logically continues the study and demonstrates the application of the developed modeling tools in practice on the example of the task of medium-term forecasting of staffing needs of the Murmansk region. The authors present the results of medium-term forecasting of the inertial scenario of the socio-economic development of the region taking into account the portfolio of regional investment projects. They analyze the forecasts made by comparing them with the balance of labor resources in the region. Based on the analysis results, the authors make the conclusions about possible directions for improving the developed methodology and software tools.
